Recently, Jiangsu Huixuan New Emergy Equipment Co.,Ltd machining department has successfully sent the tube sheet with the largest diameter in the world to Brazil, which has been processed for the valmet paper project.

In this project, both the tube sheets and the baffles are supplied by Jiangsu Huixuan with 304L stainless steel plate, which is processed through cutting, beveling, welding, shaping, flaw detection, machining and other processes. The maximum diameter of the tube plate after welding is 11.9m, which is also the largest tube sheet in the world so far. Each tube sheet has 26000 holes, so Jiangsu Huixuan adopts "special machine" service, multiple imported multi hole drills and 12.5-meter vertical lathe supporting processing, ensuring the delivery time of customers.

According to the quality requirements of customers, Jiangsu Huixuan machining department specially studies and formulates the process route, and sets the corresponding data benchmarking test in each processing link. The successful delivery of the tubesheet indicates that Jiangsu Huixuan's tube sheet processing capacity has reached a higher level.
